To actively support the construction of the "Medical Excellence" plan, comprehensively strengthen the high-level talent team at the Faculty of Medicine of Ningbo University, and accelerate talent recruitment, the Faculty of Medicine, led by its Party and administrative leadership team and accompanied by relevant heads of the Human Resources Department and internal colleges, traveled to cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi'an, Harbin, Nanjing, and Jinan from October to November to participate in specialized recruitment fairs for medical doctoral talents. Through close collaboration with provincial and municipal talent markets and renowned domestic recruitment platforms, this series of external recruitment activities achieved remarkable results.

At the recruitment fairs in various locations, the booths of Ningbo University's Faculty of Medicine attracted numerous doctoral talents who stopped to inquire. On-site staff warmly received and meticulously addressed inquiries, providing detailed introductions to the Faculty of Medicine's development history, disciplinary strengths, research platforms, talent policies, and career development paths, fully demonstrating the Faculty's emphasis on and expectations for talent.

It is reported that, in line with Ningbo City's "Five-Excellence" talent policy, the Faculty of Medicine has offered a series of preferential policies, including competitive salaries, research start-up funds, and housing subsidies, to attract more outstanding talents to join. Moving forward, the Faculty of Medicine will continue to embrace a more open approach in talent recruitment, gathering talents from all directions, continuously expanding recruitment channels, and strengthening the talent team development.
